Is highly competitive and based on experience. Starting pay is $22/hour and up. We have additional earning opportunities on federally funded projects that are in excess of $50/hour. Weekly overtime of 10+ hours is typical.

Struck & Irwin Paving is a family-owned and operated municipal road surfacing contractor with over 55 years of experience. Our projects are located throughout Wisconsin and the upper Midwest, offering a variety of work locations and steady hours throughout the construction season.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Employees assist with truck cleaning, loading materials, and supporting daily operations. The position may occasionally require lifting up to 100 pounds.
