Cutco makes great knives in the usa
Deluxe fillet knife with a great rubber handle that is easy to hold on to
pliers - notch in case for cutting line-sharpening stone and belt loop
adjustable blade length from 6" to 9" just release blade lock and slide blade to desired length and then lock

This is the most fancy fillet knife I've seen and run around $130.00 for a new one
