YES 400 years of increased school spending PLUS a referendum because its not enough. Anyone ever talk about pay raises being the reason they are short of cash????? Yes folks, you heard it here first. The teachers, faculty and administrators ALL get their raises and then whatever is left gets used to pay the other expenses. They need to pay the bills first and then see if there is any money left for raises. Or maybe teach by example and learn to live within their means.
