Very clean with no leaks nor repairs
Should fit 1968 into mid 70's models simply by running or capping the emission tubes accordingly
Overall measurements are:
Width including the welded seam area is 39 ¼ inches and 19 inches center to center for the holding strap grooves
Length (front to back as in car) is 21 inches not counting the fill neck
Height at the deepest part (near front of tank where the pickup/sending unit mounts) is 7 inches
