630 3rd Street - We are planning a facade renovation for 630 3rd Street in the spring of 2020 and will sub-divide the 4,000 SF first floor into three separate suites. The owner is willing to provide the following improvements for prospective tenants (although tenants may negotiate a build-out package that better suits their needs):

Complete storefront renovation (architect is still working on specifications but will be similar to Downtown Grocery)
Remove carpet and refinish hardwood floors underneath.
Remove staircase and patch-in with wood (probably will remove wood from where bathrooms will be and patch in with that to match).
Provide separate gas, electric, and water meter for premises.
Provide electrical panel to premises.
Install demising walls between tenant spaces.
Install forced-air gas furnace with central air (tenant will be responsible for duct work).
Provide ADA Restroom
Install new Armstrong ceiling tiles or equivalent or provide ceiling allowance
Since 1883, 630 3rd Street has been home to John Kiefer General Store & Grocer, Kiefer Furniture (which G.D. Jones was Vice President of at one time), Secor's Ladies Apparel, Piggly Wiggly in the 1930's, Krambo Foods in the 1940's, Fleet Whole Sale Supply (now Fleet Farm) in the 1950's, Julie Ann Fabrics in the 1970's, Desmond's Formal Wear in the 1980's, and most recently Bridal & Formal. We are looking for new tenants to write a new chapter in the building's history.
