Our company is looking to hire on a full-time office assistant to help manage multiple self-service storage units in the Plover / Stevens Point, WI area. Hours would be Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM.
Duties Include, but not limited to...
• Customer invoicing.
• Monitor, enter and reconcile all invoices.
• Data entry, filing, and various other duties as required.
• Answering the phones and taking messages as needed.
• Assist in the day-to-day accounting, including but not limited to: Account Reconcile, A/R,
Collections, Insurance requirement and A/P.
• Inspection of multiple of storage units.
• Must be highly organized and detail oriented.
• Able to deal with multiple tasks simultaneously and must be flexible to change priorities.
• Must be service and customer oriented.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Must possess computer capabilities with knowledge of Microsoft Office.
• Must be self-motivated and able to work well alone or with others.
• Knowledge in QuickBooks/ accounting experience is preferred, but we are willing to train the right candidate.
