First Weber, Inc., a Berkshire Hathaway affiliate and Wisconsin's leading real estate firm, currently has an opening for a Digital Coordinator to provide general office support for the Wisconsin Rapids Office. Hours for this position are 8:30am-5:00pm Monday-Friday. Duties include answering incoming calls, data entry of new listings, ordering advertising and marketing, uploading photos to our website and MLS, submitting and maintaining transactional information to Closing department, filing, distributing faxes, etc. Two-three years' experience in an administrative role with knowledge of basic office skills; excellent computer and customer service skills; organizational skills with the ability to meet deadlines; ability to multi-task while maintaining accuracy; ability to maintain confidential information, and ability to follow-through on tasks. Prior real estate experience a plus. Currently active FW Sales Agents cannot apply for this position.
