I had the Payson Bridge and Canadian Knobs professionally installed by my Luthier of 20+ years. He also did and amazing setup on the bass. Original Hardware (Bridge & Knobs) included if for some reason you want to make the bass stock again. The bass plays incredible and sounds amazing. The bass was well cared for and is in amazing condition. No Dings, scratches or scuffs except for light scratches on the neck pickup (see photos).
Upgrade costs: MRB500C Hardshell Case = $320 / Payson Bridge = $250 / Dingwall Canadian Knobs(x5) = $125. Plus, the professional install of the bridge & knobs and setup was $85.
I have two Dingwall 5-strings, this NG2 and an NG3. I love these basses and I will always have a Dingwall NG in my arsenal. These basses are pigeon-holed as metal basses, but they are extremely versatile and truly excel in all genres.
The only reason that I am selling this bass is because I am looking to try purchase another Pedulla. I had to sell my old 93' Pedulla Thunderbass that I played for 20+ years a little over 10 years ago due to a mass layoff at the factory that I worked at. I wasn't in a band at the time, and I had a family to support (wife and 2 young daughters), so sacrifices had to be made. I've missed that bass ever since. I may also consider a Roscoe LG or SKB 5-string bass because I've always been curious to try one of those.
Trades considered (5-strings only with 18 or 19mm string spacing) - Plus cash for the right bass:
*Preferred Trades = Pedulla Thunderbass
2nd preference = Pedulla Thunderbolt or MVP.
Possibly considered = Roscoe LG or SKB
