This was on the 2011 Harley Electra Glide Ultra Limited I just bought, and I prefer just using the toe shifter. Includes the rubber bushing for mounting. I'm not sure how many models this will fit but I'm sure most of the bigger bikes of similar years it will work on.

Harley sells this for $59.95 for just the bar plus you get the Harley peg that sells for $39.95 each.
