I have a standard ball python that I need to rehome, as she isn't able to thrive with me anymore. I can meet in the Wausau area on the weekends, otherwise pickup would be preferred during the week days. I'm free in the mid-afternoons most days, but am willing to discuss times and other meeting places on the weekends to try and help get her to you if needed or wanted. I will get something for her to stay in for the travel that will keep her safe and secured during the rides (that you can keep to take her home in), and I absolutely can talk about her more if there's more questions about her. I'm super open to discussing anything to help keep her happy in her new house if any questions are there, too. I wouldn't personally suggest her for a first-time snake owner due to her personality, but if she were to be a first time snake, I'm open to trying to help make sure she would work with you. I am asking $60 for her.
Some other things are: she has NOT been proven female by me, so I am not 110% she is "she," that's just what I was told. She does get snippy around feeding time, last time I got her out of her enclosure to try and deep clean it she did get frustrated with me and went into strike pose, but she has never bitten me (though I wouldn't put it past her, as much as I adore her), she did calm down when I had her out but I can't guarantee that in the last few months. I do not know exactly how old she is, either, but she seems to be fully grown at this point, and is at least five years old, likely a little past that now. She can be picky with her meals, and can fairly easily go off-feed at times (but it isn't too hard to get her back on). She does take frozen-thawed from me, as I prefer that method with my other two, but seems to prefer live, and usually will only take live if she goes off-feed for a while (that's how I learned she prefers live, too). If there are any other questions, again, I'm open to talking about her and such, I really just want to make sure she goes to a good home. It is hard taking pictures of her between her being sassy when I'm in her enclosure and me not wanting to stress her more, but I have an older one from around when I got her that essentially is still how she looks, just a standard ball python.
